Synopsis

Senkichi is a dull man who works as a live-in caretaker at a movie theater. He harbors feelings for Rishiko, the owner of a seedy bar. However, despite his drunken attempts to woo her, he is rejected. Then, his older brother figure, Tetsuya, appears with his wife, Kaori. Leaving Senkichi with the request to look after Kaori until things cool down, Tetsuya quickly disappears. Thus begins the strange cohabitation of Senkichi and Kaori…
