Daphne Rosenthal

Daphne Rosenthal stands at the crossroads of experimental film and fine art. Manipulating different materials and using animation and puppet techniques, she explores their movements and textures evoking tangible sensations. Moods constantly emerge from and dissolve into their surroundings. Rosenthal lives and works in Amsterdam and studied at the Rietveld Academie (BFA 2008, Gerrit Rietveld Prize for Best Film and Video 2008).
