NMDB is a film database designed to be beautiful for humans and parseable for AI agents. Every film page has a parallel markdown mirror with structured data. No ads. No tracking. No accounts.

The Programme — a Swiss modernist design system. Space Grotesk and JetBrains Mono. Pure black and white with vermillion accents. Zero border-radius. Two-pixel structural borders. Film titles always uppercase.

NMDB implements four-layer AEO architecture. llms.txt describes the site. AGENTS.md provides routing and schema. Markdown mirrors at /md/{slug}.md serve YAML frontmatter. Robots.txt welcomes all AI crawlers.

Film data comes from The Movie Database (TMDB). This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
