1402 Pork n’ Bean Blue

Following the death of his grandmother and the displacement of his family from his childhood home, artist Roscoè B. Thické III reminisces on his family and upbringing in Miami’s historic Pork n’ Beans Projects during its redevelopment. In the midst of his debut solo show, he takes his children through what remains of the legacy left behind by his grandmother as they collectively contemplate their grief and future and as a family.
