Synopsis

The hero of the film is Mikhail Stepchak, the foreman of a construction crew, a man with character. He wants to work in a way that is both beneficial and enjoyable. And all around there are notes and cheating. Only Stepchak won't stand it: he has a big conversation with his superiors ahead of him...
