Api Kartini

Synopsis

More than 40 years on, the ex-survivors revisited prison camp in Plantungan, Central Java. A place they were isolated because they were and assumed as members of Indonesian Communist Party (PKI) in a New Order era. They told a story about their suffering in silence, memories about loss, unspeakable trauma and human consciousness to remember the violence in a different period.
