Synopsis

Nowadays. Time of tolerance, universal equality and brotherhood. A trainee, a test swallow of the experimental national program "Tolerant Russia", enters the police station of city N. Young law-abiding brown bear Arkady Chizhikov, erect and Russian-speaking. A modest and quiet trainee tries with all his might to "join" the new team and win the trust and respect of colleagues. However, the existing composition of the site does not accept the newcomer.
