Synopsis

Shot days before and after a major flooding which struck the whole province of Cagayan, As If I’m Dreaming When Everyone Else Is living is an experimental film diary exploring the themes of cultural identity, testament of faith and love against the immutability of time. It is a personal statement to an ever changing world, and a filmmaker’s hope for the future.
