The film is dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the terrorist attack in Beslan in September 2004, when terrorists seized Beslan School No. 1. The characters of the film are former hostages, their loved ones and relatives, people who went through these trials. Among them are history teacher Nadezhda Gurieva, 11th grade student Victoria Kallagova, Beslan resident Valery Murtazov, school students Victoria and Olga Kallagov and many others.
