Synopsis

Fitness instructor Jackie La Lay runs a highly popular and successful health club. Since the female club members are going to be competing in a bodybuilding contest against rival clubs, Jackie encourages her gals to engage in all kinds of strenuous carnal activities in order to get in shape.
