Synopsis

Hospital director Mamoru Watanabe and nurse Reiko had a secret affair, but their relationship comes to an end when a young nurse Yumiko appears. Jealous, Reiko conspires with her ex-husband to take Yumiko to an underground warehouse... A young and beautiful angel in white is beaten, and intense pain turns into pleasure...
