In Chanzy, a low-cost housing project resulting from Pointe-à-Pitre's first urban renewal and the urban planning utopia of the 1960s, everything is dying. This site, located at the entrance to the city and a symbol of the political ambitions and social progress of communist mayor Henri Bangou, is now condemned to demolition. Three characters immerse us in this otherworldly world.
