Since the recent death of his brother, Pascal, 47, a dairy farmer in the Swiss Alps, is the sole backbone of the family business. Solène, a city-dweller, volunteers as a seasonal emergency helper and discovers the harshness of an alpine farmer's daily life, tending to the land and the animals.
