When a serial killer, gangsters, and bottom-feeding private detectives cross paths… things can get really messy and bloody! A serial killer that has been in hiding is finally caught- but the story is far from over. A dirty cop learns that one of the killer's victims had actually stolen a national treasure, a golden Buddha statue that's worth millions; which no one has been able to locate for more than a decade. So begins a treasure hunt- and it's up for grabs for anyone, from a dirty cop to gangs and lowlife private detectives!
