Synopsis

Trick photography techniques like slow motion, repetition and reverse photography combine with some amazing stunts to make this more than just a demonstration film. Part of a series of sports films made in 1926, Sport & Interest in a Fresh Light, it features Britain's first Olympic diving medallist, Miss Belle White, springing from the high board in a display of fancy diving. A champion fancy swimmer then shows how it's done - even with his hands and feet tied! (BFI)
