Synopsis

Story about the Viennese scholar Franz Baron Nopcsa who almost became King of Albania. A politician, a spy, a military man, he was doing diplomatic work in Romania, Macedonia, Albania. This documentary is about his life and adventures, together with his lover and secretary, Bayazid Elmas Doda.
