Synopsis

The first political thriller from Kazakhstan. The action takes place before the 2005 presidential election. Different political forces struggle for the highest political power. Some of them believe that the crime - just one method of achieving the goal. But criminals, knowing the level of training of special services, chosen quite extraordinary killer for the heads of two states - the dolphin.
