Synopsis

Chris Miller (Street Name: Dr. Block) is a devious black-market dealer who works in the streets of Melbourne. Two detectives in the Melbourne Drug Strategy Unit (MDSU) attempt to track Dr. Block down in order to cease the distribution of methamphetamines through the city.
