El Inocente

Synopsis

A group of influential businessmen use legitimate real estate ventures to disguise their lucrative drug trafficking operations. While they present themselves as respectable entrepreneurs, their criminal empire quietly expands behind closed doors. Local police are determined to bring them down, but despite constant surveillance and investigation, they lack the solid evidence needed to secure arrests. Meanwhile, rival traffickers attempt to invade their territory, sparking a violent power struggle. The businessmen eliminate their competition, tightening their control over the region. Just as authorities believe they finally have the proof required to dismantle the operation, they discover their case has collapsed. Unbeknownst to them, one of their own undercover agents has been secretly protecting the businessmen — bound by loyalty after they once saved his life.
