Synopsis

The San Roque González de Santa Cruz bridge connects Posadas, Argentina, with Encarnación, Paraguay. At its inauguration, in April 1990, the official speech said that the work condensed the dream of unity between Argentina, Paraguay and Brazil. But it has been transformed into a repressive and corrupt border post.
