Synopsis

A mystical detective about the everyday life of Moscow police chasing a bloodthirsty killer elephant. Gobo, offended by fate, walks around Moscow apartments and crushes innocent citizens. Petrovka 38 has a difficult task to catch the criminal, because this is already the thirty-ninety-thousandth case in a week!
