Evelyne has to go to London for her mother's funeral, but when she arrives at the airport, she cannot find the papers for her newborn son. Neither can board the plane. Helped by Stéphanie, a young stewardess, Evelyne opposes the airline's labyrinthine regulations in the hope of boarding her plane before take-off.
