Synopsis

David, a nurse, spends his summer nights on call at a clinic in a small inland town, isolated in the middle of Extremadura. The night seems quiet, even monotonous, but there is a legend circulating among the emergency room staff: at three in the morning, like in a zombie movie, the worst of each house emerges from the shadows. It's what healthcare workers call Happy Hour.
