Kein Mord, kein Totschlag

At night, two patrol cars in front of a brightly lit bar. A man is arrested and taken to prison. A few streets away, a young woman has slit her wrists in her boyfriend's apartment out of lovesickness. Things that happen every day, everywhere, and yet nobody usually takes any notice of them.
