Jyoti Shinde lives a middle-classed lifestyle in Pune along with her parents. . While in college, she was friendly with a fellow-collegian, Sachin Mhatre. Afer college they parted but meet again after five years, and fall in love. Sachin tells her that he is a computer engineer, and she invites him and three of his friends, Bantu, Akki, and Bholu, to her 20th birthday party.
