Synopsis

A steroid abusing kickboxer attempts to kick the drugs and ditch the sleazy guy running his kickboxing matches. Meanwhile criminal gangs fixing the kickboxing fights wipe out each other in a gang war. The son of one gang leader tries to go legit, while the cops try to take down crooked cops working with the gangs.
