La porta divisoria

Composed by Fiorenzo Carpi to a libretto by Giorgio Strehler based on Franz Kafka’s famous short story *The Metamorphosis*, this one-act opera is divided into five scenes and remains unfinished. The Teatro Lirico Sperimentale has commissioned Alessandro Solbiati to compose the fifth scene.
