Synopsis

Mr. Packham runs a debt recovery service. One night, he delivers a package on his way home from work. As he leaves the underground car park in his smart new BMW, he accidentally injures a homeless teenager. Realizing that there are no witnesses, he revs his engine and drives away. But the city has a way of dealing with those who try to cheat fate...
