Mara moved to an old building trying to escape the memory of her mother's recent suicide. While trying to adjust to the new department, begins to see strange things: a ghostly presence seems to hover over the department. After a failed launch party interrupted by cranky downstairs neighbor, Mara knows the grim charge.
