Two men are violently killed in an ambush, a sealed envelope containing an undisclosed amount is taken from them. The crime, ordered by an old, mysterious and nameless man, will start a love story (and revenge) that will involve Álvaro, the author of the murders, Paulo and the prostitute Sônia.
