Synopsis

An old cultural center in a small Ukrainian town becomes the hub of activity for the Tetiiv Brass Band. Under the direction of Vasyl Antonovych, the musicians prepare for an examination by the Ministry of Culture, as the existence of their ensemble is under threat.
