Nihon de Ichiban Kowakunai Madori

In a near-future Japan where every property is haunted except one, a man named Yamada lives contentedly in the last 'normal' home. However, Furano, a wealthy man with a ghost allergy, teams up with property manager Nezu to try and force Yamada out. But Yamada refuses to budge, no matter what they throw at him.
