Pîre Zekî

In Grandma Zeki, Berivan and her grandmother have a cosy conversation via the camera, and together they joyfully introduce the colourful world of Berivan’s grandmother to the viewer. Grandma Zeki lives alone in a house with a garden located in one of Mardin’s villages. She welcomes us into her elderly world, show casing her rings and bracelets, various pickles and basil in the garden.
