Eddie Czeropski is scraping by, trying to make it as an actor in New York; his friend Donny is an actor too, in adult films for the tough-as-nails director Carolyn King. When Eddie lands a role on a soap opera, he believes his adult career will fade from the public’s memory, but with the nascent videocassette market, Carolyn sees an opportunity to exploit.
