Synopsis

Nozomi, the third leader of Black Cobra, was fighting to claim the top spot in Shōnan. In a one-on-one showdown with Ryuji Asai, the leader of rival gang Shōnan Lucifer, she stabbed him—landing herself in juvenile detention. Years later, upon her release, she returns to find Lucifer ruling Shōnan... and Black Cobra on the verge of collapse.
