Synopsis

Director Richard Parry's gripping, in-the-trenches documentary chronicles the experiences of freelance war photographer Robert King, from his early years in Bosnia, to his groundbreaking work in Chechnya and contemporary coverage in Iraq. Fifteen years in the making, the film tracks King's transformation from a naïve twentysomething set on winning a Pulitzer Prize to an accomplished and wise war photographer.
