Synopsis

A horde of bikini girls drowns an art painter, who is reborn as a monster and slashes up lots of girlies and surfer boys. To stop the killing, FBI special agent Natascha Nuts comes on the scene. She kills a few people, but the killing continues. The CIA sends its toughest mercenary, Maniac Cop to the beach, he also kills a few people, but the terror can not be stopped.
