The Gaze
Der blick
Klaus (mid-thirties) spends his summer holidays in a hot Airbnb apartment in the big city. The flat is owned by a midwife, which klaus - having a deep-rooted fear of kids – sees as an unlucky sign. frustrated with life, he doesn’t do much apart from endlessly swiping on his phone, warming up microwave meals and spying on neighbors through a camcorder with an extreme zoom function. but is klaus only looking at others, or is he being looked at himself as well?
