Synopsis

Originating from the "Lu Lin Bian Fei" scene in the Ming Dynasty Opera "Leaping Carp". It describes how the poor scholar Jiang Shi obeyed his mother's orders, disregarded the love between husband and wife, and wrongly divorced his wife Pang Sanniang.
