The Legend of Heijin Village

After years of traveling the land performing operas, the seasoned Lao Jixiang Troupe faces a crisis when their star performer Zhuo Ran loses his lover Kong Yu in a tragic accident during one of their adventures. Devastated, Zhuo Ran abandons the troupe. Years later, he is forced to return when a fellow member is struck by a mysterious poison. To find the antidote, Zhuo Ran must lead the troupe on a perilous journey filled with bizarre occurrences and unforeseen dangers. As they press on, he unravels a sinister conspiracy that ensnares them all. Through a desperate final struggle, Zhuo Ran guides the troupe to secure the antidote and cheat death. In the aftermath, he forms the New Jixiang Troupe, leading everyone toward a new beginning.
