Nasreen is a cleaner, with dreams of movie stardom. Lacking the contacts to realize her ambition, she creates extravagant characters to play - zombie hunters, punk clubbers, high-powered corporate financiers - and imagines film crews are on every street corner and real people are just extras, and that all of life is just a film set. So equipped, she heads off on an adventure, with the most extraordinary results.
