Synopsis

Astrid, the mistress of Metsäkulma, hires a job seeker named Aaltonen as a farm manager when her mentally ill husband Alfred is unable to work. Old Hermanni helps Astrid and Aaltonen as best he can, but jealous Alfred begins to persecute them.
