Elvira Paterson-Gavrilova, a Ukrainian producer and businesswoman, was born on March 26, 1989, in Mykolaiv, Ukraine. In 2012, she received a master's degree in International Relations from the Mykolaiv branch of the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.
