Gao Hong

Gao Hong is a Taiwanese filmmaker. With a background in acting, he creates works centered on identity and trauma. His self-directed short film, Unnamed, premiered at Taipei Golden Horse Film Festival, was also selected by Frameline- San Francisco International LGBTQ+ Film Festival. His documentary short, A Prayer, funded by Giloo Fest and New Taipei City Documentary Film Awards, has received the Best Student Documentary Short and Best Editing at Golden Harvest Award.
