Karl the Cupcake—often called Mr. Cupcake—is a small but unsettling animatronic that resides at Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza. Though he appears to be nothing more than a cheerful pink cupcake with googly eyes and a single candle, Karl’s behavior suggests there is far more awareness behind his plastic stare than any simple prop should possess.
