Tim Mertens

Tim Mertens is a filmmaker known for his work on *Wreck-It Ralph* (2012), *Bolt* (2008), and *Big Hero 6* (2014). Tim Mertens was born in Burbank, California, not far from the Disney Studios. After studying at Weber State University, he returned to Los Angeles and began his career at Disney TV Animation in 1990. In 1994, he moved to Disney Feature Animation.
