Biography American musician who is best known for his work as the bassist for the band Earth, Wind & Fire which has sold more than 90 million albums across the globe. Over the course of his career, he has won 6 Grammy Awards and was honored with the Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award in 2016. He was inducted into the 'Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame' in 2000.
